1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

2. Offers and quotes

A quote is valid for 30 days unless another date is stated on it. Prices are in euros. We fall under the Belgian small business exemption (art. 56bis Belgian VAT Code): no VAT is charged on our invoices.

3. The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment you approve the design we put to you and payment or the deposit has been received. From that moment your sign goes into production.

4. Made to order

Everything we make is produced specifically for you. Small deviations in colour and size compared with the design are possible and inherent to handwork; we work to a tolerance of 5% on the stated dimensions.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 working days of the design being approved. Stated delivery times are a best-efforts obligation and not a strict deadline. Shipping to the Netherlands is free of charge. Risk passes at the moment of delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because our products are made to your specifications and are clearly intended for you personally, the right of withdrawal is excluded under article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code and book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law respectively. That is why we always put a design to you for approval before production.

7. Warranty

We give a 2-year warranty on the LED neon and the power supply. The statutory conformity guarantee continues to apply in full alongside it. Excluded are damage from incorrect use, drop or knock damage, and the use of an indoor build outdoors.

8. Payment

Payment in advance, or for larger projects a deposit with the balance on delivery. In the event of late payment we are entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

9. Intellectual property

You declare that you are entitled to have the supplied logo or design reproduced. We may use photographs of the finished work for our own portfolio, unless you object in advance.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. For consumers in the Netherlands, the mandatory provisions of Dutch consumer law continue to apply. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court or through the European ODR platform.
