A logo, a sentence, a sketch on a napkin — anything works. Fill in the form or just give us a call.
A name in light does something a sticker on your window cannot: it keeps working after dark, when you are closed.
This is the first question we ask, and not out of politeness. An indoor sign hung outside survives one wet winter and then gives up. The difference is in three things: the cable gland, the power supply and the cable itself.
For outdoor use we build with sealed glands, an IP65 power supply that belongs in a cabinet, and UV-resistant cable. That costs roughly 15 to 25 per cent more and buys you years.
In the Netherlands an illuminated sign on a facade usually needs an omgevingsvergunning voor reclame — a planning permit for advertising — from your council. The rules differ per council and sometimes per street; in a protected townscape far less is possible than on an industrial estate.
What holds almost everywhere: there are limits on how far a sign may stick out, how bright it may be and whether it may flash. Ring your council before you order; it takes ten minutes and it prevents a sign that is not allowed to hang. If you want, we supply a dimensioned drawing for your application.
If the sign hangs behind your shop window it usually counts as indoor advertising and the rules are a good deal easier.
At checkout you fill in your company name, address and VAT number and you get an invoice in that name. We fall under the Belgian small business exemption: there is no VAT on the invoice. So you pay less, but there is also nothing to reclaim.
For chains and franchises we work from a fixed design: draw it out properly once, then every location identical. That way the sign in Groningen is the same as the one in Maastricht, and that is exactly what a house style is for.
No quoting process that drags on for weeks. You send us what you have in mind, we draw it up, and the moment you say yes the tube goes on the bending table.

Within four working hours a to-scale design lands in your inbox, price included. Free of charge, even if you walk away.

We ship from Belgium; in the Netherlands the parcel is usually at your door three working days later. Mounting takes about five minutes.
Every clip below was shot by us: on the bench right after bending, or at the customer once it was up. Swipe sideways to keep looking.

A sign that had to work not just on a wall but in front of a lens. That puts very different demands on the LEDs than an ordinary commission.

With a beer brand the challenge is not the shape but the colour: a brand colour on paper is a very different thing from that same colour as light.

At a festival a neon sign is not decoration but equipment: it has to handle weather, transport, and thousands of people leaning on it for a photo.
Three working days after you approve the design. We build your sign in our workshop in Heusden-Zolder and ship from there to your Dutch address. So yes, the parcel crosses a border — that is already counted in those three days.
Order on a Friday afternoon and approve on Monday morning and Thursday is your day. Sundays do not count.
Nothing. Shipping to any Dutch address is included. The Wadden Islands too, although those sometimes take a day longer.
Most signs for the home land between € 180 and € 450. For a shopfront or a bar, expect € 400 to € 1,200 depending on width and letter count.
Price follows the metres of bent tube, not the number of characters. A short name in a heavy typeface costs more than a long sentence in a thin script. The design tool shows it live.
Send it over. We redraw your logo as a bendable path ourselves, and that is included in the price. A sharp JPG or PNG is enough; an SVG, AI or EPS just makes it faster.
What we cannot do is turn a photo with fifty gradients into neon. Neon is a line of light, not a print. The design mock-up shows you exactly what survives.
Always. You get a to-scale design with dimensions. Nothing goes on the bending table until you say yes. That mock-up is free, even if you decide not to order.
Far less than people expect. A 60 cm sign draws roughly 12 to 20 watts — about the same as a compact fluorescent. Run it eight hours a day and at € 0.35 per kWh that is around € 20 a year.
They already have one on the wall

Not a partnership, not a reseller, not a second company: it is the same business. The same workshop in Heusden-Zolder, the same bending table, the same people on the phone and the same signs.
We keep two sites because a Dutch customer asks different questions than a Belgian one — about iDEAL, about shipping across the border, about permits from their own council. Those answers belong where you go looking for them.
Send over your idea and you will have a price and a design today. Say yes and it is at your door in three working days.
We run a separate site for Belgium, so you get the right delivery times, payment methods and terms straight away.
