Three working days after you approve the design. We build your sign in our workshop in Heusden-Zolder and ship from there to your Dutch address. So yes, the parcel crosses a border — that is already counted in those three days.

Order on a Friday afternoon and approve on Monday morning and Thursday is your day. Sundays do not count.

Nothing. Shipping to any Dutch address is included. The Wadden Islands too, although those sometimes take a day longer.

You can, in Heusden-Zolder. Handy if you are in Limburg or Noord-Brabant: it saves a day and you get to see it lit before you drive off. Call ahead so we can have it ready.

Most signs for the home land between € 180 and € 450. For a shopfront or a bar, expect € 400 to € 1,200 depending on width and letter count.

Price follows the metres of bent tube, not the number of characters. A short name in a heavy typeface costs more than a long sentence in a thin script. The design tool shows it live.

Because every sign is different. We work from the real length of bent tube, the area of acrylic and the bending time. A fixed list means one customer overpays so another can underpay.

You can order as a business and we will invoice your company name and VAT number. Note that we fall under the Belgian small business exemption, so no VAT is charged on the invoice. That means a lower total for you — but nothing to reclaim.

Send it over. We redraw your logo as a bendable path ourselves, and that is included in the price. A sharp JPG or PNG is enough; an SVG, AI or EPS just makes it faster.

What we cannot do is turn a photo with fifty gradients into neon. Neon is a line of light, not a print. The design mock-up shows you exactly what survives.

Always. You get a to-scale design with dimensions. Nothing goes on the bending table until you say yes. That mock-up is free, even if you decide not to order.

Yes. In the design tool you click a word and pick its colour. There are twelve colours, plus RGB if you want to switch between them with a remote.

Far less than people expect. A 60 cm sign draws roughly 12 to 20 watts — about the same as a compact fluorescent. Run it eight hours a day and at € 0.35 per kWh that is around € 20 a year.

Yes, if you tell us at the time of ordering. You then get an outdoor build: sealed cable glands, an IP65 driver and UV-resistant cable. An indoor sign hung outside survives one wet winter and no more.

By default the acrylic has holes with stand-offs supplied: four screws, about five minutes. You can also hang it on steel cables, or choose a plate that mounts on glass with adhesive tape. Tell us where it is going and we send the right kit.

Yes. A dimmer sits on the cable as standard. Want to control it by remote or through an app? That is possible too — mention it when you order.

You have two years of warranty on the neon and the driver. If something fails we repair it — we made it, so we know exactly what is inside. In practice the power supply gives up first, and we simply replace it.

The LEDs are rated at roughly 50,000 burning hours. At eight hours a day that is about seventeen years. In practice the silicone discolours before the LEDs fail, and that takes years too.

Up to the moment you approve the design you can change anything: text, colour, size. After that your sign is on the production schedule and a change means a new sign.

A made-to-order sign falls outside the right of withdrawal — it was made for you and nobody else wants a sign with your name on it. That is exactly why you get a design first: at that point everything is still open.

If there is something wrong with what arrives, we sort it out.

iDEAL, Bancontact, bank transfer, PayPal or card. On larger projects we often work with a deposit and the balance on delivery.
