What we do not do
- We do not sell your data and we do not rent it out.
- We place no third-party advertising cookies on this site.
- We keep no profile of who you are or what you do elsewhere.
Statistics without cookies
We count how often a page is viewed. Only the path and the day are stored — no IP address, no identifier, no cookie. You cannot be traced back in it.
Who else sees your data
- Our hosting provider, where the site and the database run
- The carrier who delivers your parcel (name and address)
- Our payment provider (Mollie), to handle your payment
- Our email provider, for confirmations and status messages
The quote wizard and the design tool
The quote form and the design tool run on this site itself, on our own servers. What you fill in there comes in at the same company; there is no third party in between.
Your rights
You may request access, have your data corrected or erased, and object to processing. Email info@neonled.be and you will hear from us within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands) or the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (Belgium).
