Returns and withdrawal
Straight answer: a sign with your name on it cannot go to anyone else. So there is no right of return — and that is exactly why you get a design first.
What the law says
Most online purchases come with a 14-day cooling-off period. It does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly intended for you personally. That is set out in article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code and in the European consumer directive it is based on.
A neon sign with your text, your logo, in your colour and your size falls squarely under that.
What we put in its place
Because you cannot go back once it is made, we moved the moment of decision forward:
- You get a to-scale design with dimensions before production.
- That design is free, even if you walk away.
- You can adjust as often as you like: typeface, colour, size, layout.
- Only once you approve does a tube go on the bending table.
- Unsure about a colour? We send samples at no charge.
When you are entitled to a replacement
- The sign arrives damaged
- What you receive differs from the design you approved
- There is a technical fault within the warranty period

Stock items
If at any point we sell ready-made signs without personalisation, the ordinary 14-day cooling-off period does apply to those.
