Buying a neon sign is hard because you cannot see the difference in a photo. Two signs that look identical on screen can cost twenty euros or three hundred — and the cheap one will not be hanging there a year from now. What you are after is not "the nicest photo" but the answer to four questions: how bright, how long, how fast, and what happens when something breaks.
Hence this page. No stars and no ticks, because a tick next to "warranty" can mean two weeks or two years. Every point says what you actually get.

On purchase price an import sign beats us, and we are not going to talk our way around that. Sixty euros is sixty euros. It is just that such a sign rarely lasts two years, cannot be repaired and gives you a quarter of the light. Divide the price by the years you actually use it and the picture flips.
On power consumption and on what happens if a sign arrives damaged we do no better than a good local maker. Those are not selling points, that is simply how it is.
Where we do make the difference: three working days, two years of warranty we carry out ourselves, and the lowest price among European makers — or we explain why it is not the same sign.

That is the question we get most often once someone has seen a photo — and almost no neon site answers it, because everyone only photographs the lit version. Flip the switch.
Four words, barely any breaks, and the same weight everywhere. With this kind of script the work is not in the length but in the curves: every loop is bent by hand around a printed drawing.
The other extreme: several colours, areas that are not lines, and text too fine to bend. What can be bent is neon; the rest is printed onto the acrylic and lit from behind. That combination is what keeps a logo standing that would not work in pure neon.

Three working days after you approve the design. We build your sign in our workshop in Heusden-Zolder and ship from there to your Dutch address. So yes, the parcel crosses a border — that is already counted in those three days.
Order on a Friday afternoon and approve on Monday morning and Thursday is your day. Sundays do not count.
Nothing. Shipping to any Dutch address is included. The Wadden Islands too, although those sometimes take a day longer.
Most signs for the home land between € 180 and € 450. For a shopfront or a bar, expect € 400 to € 1,200 depending on width and letter count.
Price follows the metres of bent tube, not the number of characters. A short name in a heavy typeface costs more than a long sentence in a thin script. The design tool shows it live.
Send it over. We redraw your logo as a bendable path ourselves, and that is included in the price. A sharp JPG or PNG is enough; an SVG, AI or EPS just makes it faster.
What we cannot do is turn a photo with fifty gradients into neon. Neon is a line of light, not a print. The design mock-up shows you exactly what survives.
Always. You get a to-scale design with dimensions. Nothing goes on the bending table until you say yes. That mock-up is free, even if you decide not to order.
Far less than people expect. A 60 cm sign draws roughly 12 to 20 watts — about the same as a compact fluorescent. Run it eight hours a day and at € 0.35 per kWh that is around € 20 a year.
